The Tragedy of Macbeth (Production Play, 2 weeks)
Tuition: $325 Dates: July 11th -15th / 18th-22nd - 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Location: In person* Performances: July 22nd at 7:00 p.m., July 23rd at 2:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. Instructor: Jenifer King Description: A brave Scottish general named Macbeth receives a prophecy from a trio of witches that one day he will become King of Scotland. Consumed by ambition and spurred to action by his wife, Macbeth murders King Duncan and takes the Scottish throne for himself. He is then wracked with guilt and paranoia. Forced to commit more and more murders to protect himself from enmity and suspicion, he soon becomes a tyranical ruler. The bloodbath and consequent civil war swiftly take Macbeth and Lady Macbeth into the realms of madness and death. *COVID-19 SAFETY NOTE: At this time, we are anticipating that we will be able to meet in person, safely.
