Puppetry Instructor/Director
General Requirements: An educator with experience as a Puppeteer. Familiarity with various styles of puppetry is preferred, as well as access to simple puppet scripts. Knowledge of simple puppet building a plus. The Instructor will be working with students Grades 1st-3rd. Puppet Stage and puppets provided; if the Instructor supplies any puppets, he/she/they will be paid a rental fee.

- Class Description: In this camp we will be exploring the different kinds of puppets (hand, finger, muppet (rod), marionette, and sock), how to use and perform with them, and storytelling and character voices, culminating with the students creating their own sock puppet and performing their own short play on a real Puppet Stage.
